As a mother, we are constantly thinking and worrying about our child’s future. As a partner along with our spouses, we carry the weight of financial planning for the house and for the family to fulfil the short and long-term goals. The escalating prices everywhere around us add to our woes.
Will I be able to pay for higher education for my child? In this competitive scenario, it’s so important?
Will we have a decent retirement corpus to meet our daily and medical expenses?
What if there is an emergency?
These and many more questions like these nag the overworking brains of a mother, finding a solution?

Very interesting comparison. Thanks for sharing.
That’s a cool infographic. It makes solutions and challenges so easy to understand and perfect for moms. However, I always take the aid of a financial advisor for investments.
That’s some really good info Manisha and every parent can relate to those worries. I liked the image u have used(dunno what that is called)… it’s concise and easy to understand. Thanks for sharing this.
Easy to understand info graphic. Investments are always good, especially with kids.
Wow, what a fantastic infographic Manisha! It does an amazing job of simplifying solutions and challenges, making it incredibly easy for moms to understand, and any parent would be able to relate to those worries.
Mutual funds the way you have tried to explain is commendable. the infographic looks catchy and informative.
I have seen alot of these plans with HSBC. They literally visit you personally to explain the plan. Indeed they hv good plans
Very useful information for usual financial issues moms face. HSBC is going a good job raising awareness about mutual funds and savings.
Mutual funds are always my first choice when it comes to investment needs. My first job was in the role of a financial analyst where we need to work on international mutual fund portfolios and so my knowledge on this topic is pretty strong. Mutual funds are always a secure way of investment not just for moms but for all.
I have been reading a lot many posts on HSBC’s Mother’s Day campaign lately. Glad they are raising awareness about investing and that moms too can take financial decisions.
Love the information you’ve shared. Coming from a finance background, I’d always say that being financial literate is the most important thing to having a stable finances. Sometimes, it isn’t about how big/small your income is but how you allocate them to your needs and wants that matters. Let’s be honest, most simply dream to be swimming with money but never realise the backside of it. It comes with big responsibility as well that most doesn’t want to be part of.
I truly agree that MFs are our future to financial security. This analogy is absolutely uncanny! We mom’s are way similar to MFs than we could have imagined!
Thank you for sharing this! I have been seeing a lot of similar posts and it makes me want to learn of mutual funds for securing my finance.
