Make the Right Kurta Choice for Men this Festive Season

The onset of Shravan month kickstarts the mood for upcoming festivities. The last 3 months have been dull with no major festivals so I am really looking forward to the string of festivals lined up โ€“ Teej, Mangala Gaur, Rakshbandhan, Ganpati. Yay!

Festivals are the only time my better half is over-enthusiastic about his Indian wear; his wardrobe breathes in the fresh air from the cupboard and new stuff is brought. For Ganpati he ideally likes to wear new kurtas every year because, itโ€™s one of his favourite festivals, giving me another reason to indulge in shopping. With almost a month remaining for Ganpati, itโ€™s time to wish list and shop for the latest trends.

To choose kurta sets for men I headed to Aza Fashions. The one-stop shop has a remarkable collection of designer wear, and they ship globally as well. With over 3600 styles for designer kurta sets for men, I feel Aza Fashions is a perfect choice!

Letโ€™s dig into see what the current favourites are.

For the Man who likes to Keep it Simple:

Men who like to buy kurtas which never go out of fashion prefer cotton or silk kurtas with basic work.

Keep it subtle with this Purple Jacquard Kurta Set paired with a churidar. The woven motifs and cuff sleeves give it a great yet sober look. Suited for any festive occasion.

This short mint green with block print motifs and embroidery near the neck and hands is perfect for someone who likes some amount of work on his kurta not going overboard.

Cotton silk kurta in beige, white or cream colours has been the choice for many years. It still hasnโ€™t lost its touch. Embroidered details on the front and hands just add the required colour to it and enhance the look.

The man who wants the traditional flavour for daily looks prefers a short kurta that can be paired with your pants/denim.

Giving it a festive feel:

Some men revel in the festive vibes and prefer something that adds to their moods. You can say โ€œclassy glamour.โ€

So, what do they choose?

This old rose blended kurta set with the jacket is not for everyone to carry around. Mirror work and thread embroidery on silk white kurta paired with an embroidered open jacket style sherwani are perfect for bringing the โ€œclassy glamourโ€ to any festivities and weddings.

For the men who like to keep the traditional patterns alive in style. This onion pink silk kurta in ikat style with potli styling around the neck is perfect for the suave men of today.

This mirrorwork embroidered kurta is perfect for those who want to keep the festive vibes rolling throughout. This kurta set is an excellent option for wedding functions.

For the man who follows the trends:

For those who like to follow and wear the latest trends an asymmetrical kurta set makes a fine choice.

This black printed overlap asymmetrical kurta set looks very elegant for any festive party.

An asymmetrical kurta with a floral embroidered jacket makes it a perfect choice for festive wear.

The man who wears Pathani suits:

Pathani suits or kurta is the choice of many especially the ones in black colour. In todayโ€™s times, there is a variety of options available keeping in mind the updated tastes of the youth.

Traditional style black Pathani kurta with salwar with the added twist of mirror detailing on the neckline is an amazing choice for todayโ€™s urban youth.
