Dazzle like Sunshine in yellow kurtis in 4 unique ways

You would have seen yellow colour trending this season if you are the one who keeps a close watch on the latest fashion trends ๐Ÿ˜‰

Well, โ€œPantone Color Institute,โ€ recognised as the global expert in colours, met with various creative industries last December to select the starshade for 2021 and settled with two complementary shades โ€“ Ultimate Grey and Illuminating yellow. So, donโ€™t be surprised to see the sunshine colour trending on various fashion platforms this year.

The colour yellow is associated with sunshine, happiness and warmth. Itโ€™s associated with deity in many religions including Hinduism. Thursday is considered the day of Lord Brihaspati, and wearing yellow on Thursday brings positive vibes. The colour may have different significance in different religions and countries, but overall, it adds the brightness of the sunshine and fades away the dullness. No wonder illuminating yellow has been chosen as one of the colours for 2021.

Yellow is a universal colour, I feel, different shades of yellow suit all skin types and you can wear it comfortably in all seasons. A yellow kurta paired with a lehenga skirt for the perfect festive vibe or a yellow jacket in the dark winters; for that vibe, you can come up with various permutations and combinations with this colour.

Let me share a few ideas on how you can style your favourite yellow Kurtis for various occasions.

Work from Home Look

With most people working from their homes due to the pandemic, dressing up has taken a back seat. However, we do need to be presentable for all the zoom meetings and conferences, right? Trust me a touch of sunshine will be perfect for you to stand out and bring some positive vibes.

Some painters transform the sun into a yellow spot, others transform a yellow spot into the sun.

You can also opt for this cotton yellow kurta for your meetings with simple geometric prints. Pair it up with a white/cream palazzo and sit in comfort throughout your work time.

Shopping for Essentials Look

Well with restricted movements outside the perimeter of our homes, our chances to wear our loved clothes has reduced but we can make the most of whatever we have on our hands.

You create your own decoration. You choose your color, you choose your mood. … If you are depressed, you put some bright yellow and suddenly you are happy.

Lazy Day Look

Feeling the Monday Blues or getting the monotonous vibes, lift your mood by wearing your favourite yellow kurta as a maxi dress.

Who says it has to be boring at home!

Festive Look

With the upcoming festival season knocking at our wardrobes, we can team up our favorite yellow kurtas with contrast-coloured flared skirts or palazzos to give the extra zing.

Whether you are the minimalistic kinds or love to deck up you just to style it as per your needs.
