Train trips have always been memorable for me since childhood. My grandparents and a lot of relatives are based in North India so once a year trip was always fixed for us. The happiness of meeting relatives and cousins, the yummy delights packed for the journey, meeting new people was something we looked forward to always. However, there were a lot of hassles involved in booking train tickets right personally or through agents and then waiting for your confirmations.
Times have changed and convenience factor has increased with online booking options. Sometimes doing an emergency my agent is not always available to book the ticket for me.
