If you have been following me for sometime you would be aware for my love of travel. My last trip was with my husband for his official annual Award ceremony at Antalya, Turkey. It was short but pretty fascinating experience.
The travel was hectic but we sailed through. On reaching the place the breath of fresh air, open spaces and greenery vanished all worries. I felt a new zeal of life from within. Our hotel was on a beach. Staying in Mumbai you value open spaces a lot. Trust me on that! It was the beautiful city of Antalya. Awesome cool weather which we never experience in Mumbai and greenery all around.
Those 2 days were memorable and they helped me charge my batteries. I sometimes feel it was a blessing in disguise as I was more positive and confident mentally which reflected when I came back.
This group selfie is my husband’s office team. He is tall so I never carry a selfie stick! It was an opportunity to interact with his team and their family members and I am glad to meet some wonderful people. Anil and Anu Ma’m are such wonderful, simple and fun loving. Harsh their elder son is a buddy, I still miss our conversations – outright nonsense talks! Trisha their daughter is a bundle of joy who with her smiles which made all moments happy. Akshay and Sonal are friends for life. They are a lovely couple and I hope we can have a separate trip together sometime. This was the last day of our trip and this selfie captures a lot for me.
