Our Dream Home Address

“Hey Honey do you know what Serein means?” asked his wife.

Vivek replied, “I am actually not getting you dear. We were doing something else, right?”

“Well, you are right, but just answer me for now?” trying to reiterate her question. He replied it means the fine rain falling just after the sunset from a sky and there are no clouds in a very philosophical tone. “We both love nature isn’t it,” he said. “I wish I could be living in the lap of nature around Mumbai and live up my dream.”

“Amen”, she answered. I think we have found something, your prayers have been answered. “While we are finding our dream home, what are the key criteria for us – location should be special and to feel the nature around. We both always dreamt to live amidst the affluence in a locality like Malabar Hill, right? Nature should be at its best, after coming back from work, the breeze should welcome us, the mornings should start with chirping sound of the birds and greener view, we have proximity to all the utilities with top class safety and security measures, still be detached and calm”

“Our dreams are big but reality check time,” Vivek replied. “We need to look at multiple things and then match it with our dreams. And honey, we are searching a place in Thane and not Malabar Hill, wake up” he snapped his fingers.

“Honey, I have just read in Times of India recently – Thane has emerged as the preferred residential destination – it offers the convenience of good infrastructure which matched our requirements and needs. There are many prime locations in Thane like Ghodbunder Road, lying at Yeoor foothills. Pokhran I & II have become a hub of many activities too. These locations offer the best of facilities, this is where the affluent class lives now and place where homes make a legacy. This is the – Malabar Hill of Thane. We would have best in class living experience and pride if we get our dream home here,” she answered his questions. “Don’t you think so?” Not just this the facilities include multi-speciality hospitals, business centres, entertainment facilities like parks, theaters etc, schools, colleges and not to forget all transport facilities are there. “Do we need anything more?” she said.

“I think we are set with the location, I am in love with the Malabar Hill in Thane already. We need to zero in a good housing society from a reputed builder.” Vivek said with a smile.
